What happens after you say yes.

1. Day 1

   You say yes

   We confirm the package and the quote, and the 50% deposit starts the build. You get the build checklist.

   • Printable build checklist — send what you have; gaps are fine.
2. Day 1–2

   Access, no passwords needed

   You invite porchlightdesk@gmail.com as a manager where it helps.

   • Google Business Profile: Managers > Add
   • Search Console / Analytics, if you have them
   • Facebook Page access
   • Domain registrar: GoDaddy Delegate Access or Namecheap Share Access
3. Day 2–3

   Discovery

   A short text, email or video chat: your services, the towns you work, who your best customers are and what the old site gets wrong. I review your Google profile and any current site.

4. Rest of the week

   I write and build

   Real copy in your voice, your photos and your logo, built mobile-first. You stay on the tools; I text or email if I need anything.

5. About a week in

   First draft

   A standard site is typically about a week from intake to draft. You get a private link to look over on your phone.

6. Then

   Revisions and launch

   A few days of edits. Launch sites include one revision round; rebuilds include two. Then we go live on your domain.

Timing depends on how fast the checklist items and access come in. Billing is 50% up front and 50% upon completion.
